When I first ran for the Flint Board of Education, I promised to bring a fresh perspective, ask the tough questions, & help move our district forward.

Together, we’ve made real progress. We secured $136 million for a new high school, broke ground after years of waiting, reinvested in our school buildings, restored teacher wages, and strengthened partnerships that are creating new opportunities for Flint students.

But we’re not done.

I’m running for re-election because we must finish what we started. That means seeing our new high school through, continuing to strengthen student achievement, investing responsibly in our schools, and building a district more Flint families are proud to choose.

The foundation has been laid. The momentum is real. Now, it’s time to keep Lighting the Way Forward.
